Both SMOKING and SMOKELESS TOBACCO are prohibited around the Cubs, siblings and Junior Volunteers during Day Camp.
From the Guide to Safe Scouting, Section IV: Adult leaders may not allow the use of tobacco products at any BSA activity involving youth participants.

Crocs™ are NOT swim shoes.
