Den Leader Setup and Car Line Info

Car Line Info

  • Car Line opens at 8:15, closes at 8:30. Do not drop scouts off before 8:15
  • Car Line opens again at 3:45. Camp closes at 4:00.
  • Follow the arrows on the map -- do not try and enter through the exit
  • DO NOT park in the field in front of Headquarters
  • DO NOT drive or park behind the cones marking Car Line

Den Leader Setup Info

  • Den Leaders setup den tents in the areas marked in Purple.
  • Tigator Den Leaders (only) setup in the area behind the flag poles. All other Dens setup along the road to Nature and Beltloops
  • DO NOT setup Den Tents close to the Nature pavilion (area will be marked off)
  • DO NOT setup Den Tents between Nature and the Nurses' station
  • DO NOT block the area between the road and the Beltloop pavilion
  • AVOID setting up too far from the road on the Beltloop side -- it gets wet and muddy in the low areas after it rains
  • AVOID getting too close to Headquarters and the road for Car Line -- there is a lot of traffic (both foot and vehicular) in those areas
  • Week One Den Leaders can setup on Sunday, June 1st.
  • Week One Den Leaders remove setup on Friday, June 6th or early Saturday, June 7th
  • Week Two Den Leaders can setup on Sunday, June 8th.
  • Week Two Den Leaders remove setup on Friday, June 13th or early Saturday, June 14th
